Solar energy is clean, renewable energy,with the rapid development of the solar energy is comply with national environmental protection and energy policy. Construction solar photovoltaic power generation is good for increase the proportion of renewable energy, optimize system power structure,and no pollution, reduce environmental pressure.At same time it can reduction of conventional energy resources, especially coal consumption.In this paper, changes in solar energy resources in Gansu Province Jiajiu regions were analyzed and calculated by the power balance,though the power balance, power balance calculation region, the regional balance of power calculations, load flow and short circuit current calculation, Grid-connected photovoltaic power station’s stability were analyzed. In-depth study of photovoltaic power station access system planning and design, proposed access system program, comparative the program, obtained the optimal solution system accessJinTa HongLiuwa area Solar photovoltaic power resource estimate capacity of 500MW. This article covers Solar photovoltaic power development, Photoltaic power station connected to the electricity grid, electrical equipment.
