Research On The Post-Evaluation Of 500kV Power Transmission And Transformation Project In Yangzhouxi

Power grid construction is one of the key infrastructure constructions for national economy,which plays an important role for national economic and social sustainable development.Post-evaluation for power grid construction is an important work for overall verification review of the process and effect of power grid construction. With the arrival of the peak of power grid construction,post-evaluation for power grid project is more and more important and necessary.The thesis introduced the comparative analysis method,statistical prediction method,hierarchical analysis method,comprehensive evaluation method,constructed the index system of post-evaluation,elaborated the implementation of the project process post-evaluation,economic benefits post-evaluation,impact assessment,evaluation of sustainability,etc,cleared the process of project post-evaluation.After we collected the data of early and later stage of the construction of 500kV power transmission and transformation project in Yangzhouxi, the comprehensive evaluation index system is established,which reflects the economic effect,social benefit,sustainable development,environmental impact,management innovation,engineering technology and so on,evaluated from different angles.Through the current status of Yangzhouxi Power Transmission Project,the comprehensive post-evaluation index system of the project is established,and used the "With and Without comparison" method and the "Before and After comparison"method to evaluate the economic benefit;used statistics forecast method to evaluate the environmental and social benefits;used logical framework method to evaluate the sustainability.Finally AHP and comprehensive evaluation method was used to comprehensive evaluate the project,the comprehensive evaluation results of the project are concluded as a complete success.According to the thesis,Yangzhouxi Transmission And Transformation Project improved the power supply capacity and reliability of power supply in Jiangsu power grid,so that the power grid can fully meet the requirements of the power supply.This project also promoted the development of local economy,and raised the living standards of the people,its economic and social effect is good.Research results also show that the evaluation index and the model take a good effect in Yangzhouxi power transmission project.
