With the rapid development of the overall domestic economy,the demand for electricity from the whole society is climb sharply,and the speed of China's power grid infrastructure construction is also consistent with it.Although more and more researches have been done on post-evaluation of power transmission and transformation projects in recent years,as a whole,most of them are comprehensive evaluations of the project construction process and investment benefits.Thus engineers always overlook many other influencing factors.Taking QS110kV power transmission and transformation project as an example,this paper draws.on 360-degree evaluation method,combines Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process to construct index construction and weight calculation on the project,and then uses fuzzy evaluation method to evaluate and analyze the index system.This paper conducts a comprehensive system evaluation from four aspects:enterprise perspective,user perspective,government perspective and public perspective.The final result obtained an evaluation score of 82.615,indicating that the overall impact of the project belongs to a good category.Using 360-degree evaluation method to evaluate power transmission and transformation projects can not only analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the project from different angles,but also make a more targeted summary and rectification.And it can provide more comprehensive perspectives and references for the subsequent construction of power transmission and transformation engineering projects.
