Study On Post-Evaluation Of SHIXI Transmission And Transformation Project

On the current situation of the development of the power industry in China,power grid construction has achieved some success in recent years.However,compared with the rapid development of social and economic,the lag of the power grid construction is only a preliminary relief,and has not been completely eliminated.As the core of power grid enterprises,the construction of power transmission project has a vital significance for the stable operation of the power grid.The construction of power transmission project requires a large number of social resources from the state and society as well as the grid company.At the same time,its economic benefit and social benefit will also caused a significant impact on all aspects of social and economic life.In addition,for grid operators,the rationality of the return on investment is the key to win the development space in the fierce competition environment.Under the above background,this paper selects Shixi 500 kV power transmission project as the research object,and does the post evaluation.Firstly,set forth power transmission project evaluation research background and significance,and introduce current research situation of domestic and foreign related project evaluation theory system.Secondly,study on the relevant theoretical research on the evaluation of power transmission project.Subsequently,based on detailed introduction of Shixi 500 kV power transmission project,the index system is established from 5 aspects: post project evaluation,project effect and benefit post evaluation,project technical post evaluation,project evaluation,project sustainability followed the index system establishment principle.Finally,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on analytic hierarchy process is used for the comprehensive evaluation.The set value iteration method is used in the determination of the performance of the project in terms of the indicators.Evaluation results show that the project overall can be divided for good grades,but in the preparatory work for the project and improve the voltage qualification rate and the power system structure optimization and meet people's demand for electricity,still need to further strengthen and improve.At the end of the article,the paper analyzes and summarizes the content of the paper,and points out the shortcomings of this paper.
