With the rapid development of UHV transmission technology in our country, the on-line monitoring technology of transmission line has also developed rapidly. Online monitoring system for example at home and abroad have been applied to varying degrees, the technology and fault diagnosis of transmission line on-line monitoring has become the current and future development trend. At the same time, the safety and reliability of high voltage transmission line is increasing quickly, failed in the online monitoring technology to general and comprehensive application, from the perspective of real-time monitoring and control carry out comprehensive online transmission line safety and reliability assessment is very necessary.This article based on transmission line on-line monitoring implementation of line safety and reliability of the comprehensive evaluation of the angle to carry out the work, put forward establishing evaluation model based on the safe operation of transmission lines in power transmission line on-line condition monitoring and data quantity, so as to realize the prevention of transmission line out now and real-time fault accident and provide support for establishing a safe and efficient intelligent transmission network.Combined with the current status of the existing various power transmission line on-line monitoring system, to determine the general structure of line monitoring system, to extract the effective condition monitoring and data quantity, further corresponding to a certain failure mode, and finally establish comprehensive evaluation index system of online monitoring. Based on the relevant theory of operation risk probability, the evaluation theory and evaluation criterion of the comprehensive evaluation of safety and reliability based on online monitoring and monitoring are put forward. Considering the transmission line fault is influenced by many factors, from point of view of the framework, using analytic hierarchy process method and the fault analysis method combining the two, the establishment of evaluation model based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the transmission line to monitor the operation of the safety and reliability of fault tree hierarchy. And operation and maintenance of transmission line maintenance practices combined explore optimization methods and measures of the running state of transmission, in view of the existing transmission lines to carry out monitoring analysis and comprehensive evaluation system, verify the practice of the comprehensive assessment system, gives more accurate transmission line on-line monitoring and condition assessment results.Establish and and improve the comprehensive evaluation of power transmission line monitoring evaluation system based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation not only for transmission equipment condition based maintenance provides a theoretical basis and transmission line fault diagnosis and forecasting and early warning of the premise and necessary steps. We can not only comprehensive evaluation of the transmission and the security and the reliability of the power transmission line, but also on the transmission line may occur faults or accidents to achieve early warning and tips to make corresponding measures, to ensure the effective implementation of online monitoring technology of transmission lines, the transmission line is stable, reliable, safe and economic operation has certain guiding.
