The construction of pipe-jacking is a kind of environment with friendlyenvironment to the surface,smaller noise, affecting slightly to the environment. Asone of non excavation construction technology, pipe-jacking is developing, whether inthe theory of the construction, construction process, or in the construction equipment,to have make a spurt of progress of development, and all kinds of new method andnew technology continue to emerge. As advocating sustainable development,pipe-jacking shows its advantage of the one and only.The paper is based on the engineering technology of pipe-jacking, combing withour existing top management theory, technical experience,and drawing lessons fromdomestic and international to the research results of pipe jacking engineeringtechnology to analyse the risk of pipe-jacking technology in practical application. Theresearch results are obtained as follows:(1)The author has comprehensively summarized the history and current statementof pipe-jacking, and explained the basic principle that it is composed of13basiccomponents of the system that work closely with.In understanding of the basicprinciple of pipe-jacking and general research situation at home and abroad, theauthor not only summarize the existing construction methods and the method that issuitable for what kind of environmental, but also draw the formation of a relevantchoice principle.(2)Combing with the existing domestic and foreign engineering experience andrelated theories,the paper study the seven key technology of pipe-jacking,includingthe jacking construction of jacking force, working pit, pipe jacking method, pipejacking holes, back, grouting, and correction, obtaing a series of suitable principle forpipe jacking engineering practical application.(3)Basing on the studying of the seven key technology of pipe-jacking and usingthe theory of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, the author results the risk weight ofevery key technology to implement and obtains a risk grade theory model for theevaluation of the actual operation of pipe jacking engineering.(4)The theoretical study is applied to the practical engineering in rainwaterpipeline project, the key technology of jacking force in theory and measured valuesare compared and analyzed.Then, the risk grade theory mode is applied to the practical engineering and the measures of improvement are put forward.
