In recent years with the smart grid design norms have been promulgated, the research direction of intelligent distribution network monitoring system has been initiated by the conceptual scheme into substantial implementation scheme. The understanding, grasp, and research implementation for the intelligent monitoring system has obtained rapid development. The construction of integrated monitoring for intelligent distribution system and improve the safe and reliable operation of substation have been necessary.In this paper, based on the existing implementation experience on the design, considering the practical production and the practical needs of staff, use of existing advanced technology means, we have a comprehensive and systematic description for the construction scheme of distribution network line monitoring in system Lishui. Give full consideration to the poor geographical condition, complex line, higher requirements of electric reliability, with the importance of electricity and other factors in Lishui city, and as soon as possible to achieve the information of these lines, and can effectively improve the quality of power supply, reduce the damage caused by power accident, reduce the difficulty of the work of the Power Grid Corp in Lishui city, so will bring great economic and social benefit.According to the overall planning of Zhejiang province power grid, posed higher operating and maintenance requirements for distribution network. The application and research of data mining in distribution network based on the PMS system of provincial company, intelligent public terminal system and so on. Through the introduction of electronic tags and data fusion technology, wireless data communication node access and network management, the use of star and tree and other network structure, information data used in the field of information management, and systems were effective fusion, achieved the inspection (including the accurate positioning and find of equipment after the change of geographical environment in distribution network) of equipment account and running status in the field by use of the mobile terminal device. At the same time, the system also achieved the power point analysis, power supply range analysis, the best connection point analysis and other advanced analysis functions through the mobile terminal equipment in the field.By the introduction of satellite technology, improved the operation efficiency of the traditional distribution network, and the intelligent location of on-line monitoring and fault in distribution network is realized. Based on the monitoring data for the future transformation of the distribution network line and load access point selection, line loss analysis, fault forecast and lice transfer capacity calculation and the fault positioning a guide.
