Automatic transmission is the most important components of automobile power system except the engine, and the hydraulic control system is the key to realize automatic transmission reliably of the electronically controlled hydraulic automatic transmission. So, this paper makes a systematic study on the hydraulic control system of a new eight speeds dual-clutch transmission which is designed independently by Automotive Engineering Technology Research Institute of Hefei University of Technology.The research contents are as follows:(1) Analyzing the working principle of the mechanical, hydraulic and electronically controlled module of the Dual-Clutch Transmission putting forward the scheme of hydraulic control system is put forward;(2) The shifting control and clutch control module of hydraulic system are analyzed theoretically and mathematical modeling respectively based on AMESim. With a single module as a nodal point, the influence of the oil pressure and flow rate of each nodal point is analyzed when several nodal points are working at the same time, to provide the reference of oil flow rate and pressure which the hydraulic system should supply under the maximum operating conditions, and to provide a reasonable and feasible design scheme for the design of the system hydraulic power source; (3) A detailed analysis has been carried out on the key structure parameters of solenoid valve and PWM control signal. Optimal proportional control function and the way of expanding the effective working range of solenoid valve duty cycle effectively, and by changing drive signal low level Vmin can optimize the effective duty cycle range of high speed on-off valve effectively, in order to provide the basis for further improving the control precision of hydraulic system; (4) Hydraulic system verification test scheme is formulated. To complete the structure design of the second valve body of the hydraulic system,3D model establishing, and sample processing and assembly, to complete preliminary validation work. This paper has a more comprehensive research on the hydraulic control system of the automatic transmission, which lays the foundation for the independent research of the hydraulic control system of the automatic transmission.
