| The dismantling is the premise of remanufacturing. Interference fit is widely used in mechanized equipment. Remanufactured dismantling often damages the interface which means parts can’t be remanufactured. To explore and research the interface damage issues of interference fit dismantling, the methods of dismantling simulation test, data processing and theoretical model are used in this thesis, taking the impeller and shaft of large centrifugal compressor as the research object.The dismantling simulation test is designed in this paper which mainly describes the purpose, the principle, the test stand and the process of test. According to interface damage of specimens under the different loads, the form and the growth mechanism of interface damage are analyzed, the parameter for characterization of interface damage is confirmed as dismantling interface damage depth with three-dimensional morphology parameter Sz quantifying. According to the measuring data, the regularities of interface damage within the effect of the magnitude of interference, the type of material, the surface lay and the contaminant layer are analyzed and the prediction model of dismantling interface damage is established. By the derivation of the Arhcard model, and the correction and the subsection process of the theoretical model according to the data analysis, the prediction model of dismantling interface damage about two main dismantling factors:loading and material types is established Optimizing the value of the measuring data and the prediction model of dismantling interface damage of single factor based on the uncertainty theory, the mode takes full consideration of the uncertainty of the results caused by experimental error. According to the damage state of specimens and the difficulty of remanufacturing repair, different dismantling interface damage were graded, and the range of dismantling interface damage depth of each grade is identified. Dismantling interface damage grade map is established by combing the interface damage grade with the prediction model, and at last an assessment system for dismantling interface damage is built. |
