| Remanufacturing is a way to make remanufactured products performance as new products’strength, stiffness, life, and reliability requirements by using a series of measures. It’s a new manufacturing process on the original basis. The first process to remanufacture is dismantling. The main contents are composed of two parts:The first part did research on temperature difference dismantling process of interference fit. Got temperature distribution by FEA software when heat the interference fit; arranged orthogonal experiment L25(54) based on the FEA simulation, Conducted the calculated results use regression analysis, got the regression equation of impeller’s dismantling force and heating temperature, contact resistance, heating time,cooling length; get the importance’s order of each factor for the dismantling force by range analysis. Regression analysis’s result showed that:we can dismantle the interference fit of the shaft and the impeller under given specific conditions by the way of temperature difference.The second part did research on dismantling injury problems of interference fit. Used the dismantling experiment simulated dismantling process of large interference fit, analyzed the laws of dismantling injury on surface. Measured the surface topography by Three-dimensional topography instrument, and got surface topography parameters of different loading conditions. Selected a number of different types of surface topography parameters as the evaluation index, used the entropy method to obtain the weight value of each evaluation index, carried out a comprehensive way of evaluation on the surface injury, defined a rating Index, then graded the surface injury. |
