Dismantling is the premise of machinery and equipment remanufacturing. There aremany methods to solve the basic problems of dismantling. As the machinery andequipment, to achieve high efficiency and economy of the non-destructive dismantlingis one of the key questions of remanufacturing to research.In this paper, in-depth and comprehensive access to relevant information at homeand abroad, analyzes the present situation of the development of remanufacturingdismantling. With large compressor impeller and shaft as the main research,to studyinterference fit of the temperature dismantling problem and the heat transfermechanism of the impeller and shaft on interference fit state, to verify the relationshipbetween positive pressure and horizontal thrust and dismantling damage throughdismantling simulation platform; through finite element calculation and finite elementcalculations regression analysis, to achieve the regression equation between heatingdismantling force of the impeller and the amount of interference, temperature, frictioncoefficient and the coefficient of thermal expansion; by pressing L25(54)orthogonaltable and arranging the calculate the parameters of the finite element analysis results,to get the order of impact importance of each factor on the dismantling force; analyzedthe influence of the temperature on the process of dismantling of the impeller crack,toanalysis the force distribution in the vicinity of cracks after the temperature load anddismantling,and analysis the possibility of the crack expansion.
