Remanufacturing engineering is an important measure to implement the national "circular economy",energy saving and emission reduction and sustainable development.It is also an advanced form of circular economy.Remanufacturing and dismantling is an important process in remanufacturing process,then the advantages and disadvantages directly affect the quality performance,geometric accuracy and remanufacturing efficiency of remanufactured parts.As the first step in product disassembly,disassembly sequence planning is the core element of product remanufacturing.There are huge quantities of axial piston pumps in key parts of construction machinery,its structure is precise,its manufacturing process is complex,its value is high,and its application is extensive.It is necessary to study the nondestructive,stable and safe disassembly process and the efficient and automatic special disassembly device for the remanufacturing of axial piston pump.In this paper,the disassembly information,disassembly sequence planning and typical disassembly device of axial piston pump are deeply studied,the purpose is to effectively improve the quality and efficiency of disassembly and reduce th e cost of disassembly,so as to apply to the automation and industrialization of piston pump remanufacturing.In this thesis,the main contents are as follows:1.From the perspective of remanufacturing engineering,a nalysis of characteristics and principles for remanufacturing product disassembly,ideal two/three dimensional disassembly model of objects is built,analysis of product disassembly sequence planning algorithm based on disassembly stability,designed to meet the disassembly sequence of satisfying disassembly,stability and priority,is studied and applied to the analysis of axial piston pump.2.Start from the dismantling of information,build a dismantling process information model,mapping the information to the disassembly device and driving the disassembly device design,is applied to the design of typical dismantling device for axial piston pump,and in order to design the disassembling device independent,versatility and robustness.3.Through design calculation,3D modeling and assembly,disas sembly sequence simulation,disassembly animation simulation and so on,establishment of virtual prototype for typical dismantling device of axial piston pump,by virtual disassembly experiments,verify the feasibility of the design,and estimate the disassembly time of typical dismantling device,verify the effectiveness of the design of typical dismantling device for axial piston pump.
