| Through analysis of the related concepts, theories and development process of rural landscape, and the problems in the development and planning of rural landscape in China, various problems existing in the process of rural landscape construction at present has been summed up. And combined with analysis and reference of domestic and international relevant excellent case, the rural landscape planning is summarized and generalized, and thus which guides the completion of master plan of vacational village.The pension resort is located the northwest of Shuangyao village of Pinglang township in Heng country, Guangxi Province, and is planned a total area of approximately 134 hectares. Through on-the-spot investigation and analysis, the location, natural geography condition and historical context of the planning area are analyzed, and then the advantages and disadvantages of the development are summarized, tourist markets are analyzed, the planning principles, qualitative and positioning, as well as the planning of the themes that that are leisure, pension,and holiday, also are determined, and on these basis, the holiday resort carries out planning.According to the local environment, resource conditions and the principle of positioning, the functional structure of the resort, that is the framework of one zone, one ring, two pieces, and rounding-type groups, and planning of functional zones is determined. And the resort is mainly divided into seven functional areas, that respectively are entrance service area (8.43 hectares), health sports area (14.18 hectares), resort villa area (49.28 hectares), forest pasture area (15.97 hectares), hot spring SPA area (20.18 hectares), resort Hotel area (8.87 hectares), and lakeside leisure area (17.56 hectares). And the construction of the planning area is carried out partition planning, the architectural layout and style are determined, to meet the needs of tourists of different age levels. According to the planning division, building layout and so on, it can make the transformation on the basis of the original plant landscape, the whole plant landscape is divided into five partitions:ecological forest landscape area, humanistic plant landscape area, agriculture and forestry plant landscape area, lakefront plant landscape area and forest pasture landscape area, to rich spatial level of plant landscape. In this paper, there are special planning, including traffic planning, landscape planning travel tours, tour service facilities planning and foundation engineering planning etc. And then through the analysis of the environmental capacity and tourist scale, we come to the daily environmental capacity of 2680 people, the annual environmental capacity of 0.84 million people. In short, this paper aims to create a set of leisure, vacation, regimen as one of the comfortable environment of rural vacation pension.Through the above investigation and practice, the resort planning is completed. Using existing geographical and resource advantages in the planning area, and combining with the practice of planning, the quality of living environment throughout the region is improved, a various pension resorts which sets vacation, pension, and leisure as one is built. |
