Research On Stressed Skin Diaphragm And Force Performance Effect Of Silicon Rock Metal Surface Sandwich Panel

With the development of our national economy,the envelope of the lateral stiffness and bearing capacity to improve the structure of the overall stiffness and bearing force is applied more and more widely,especially in the study of double metal surface sandwich skin effect. Test and research of single plate of stressed skin structure has achieved certain results.Due to the double sandwich panels in stress,heat insulation,durability and other advantages in the practical engineering continues to reflect,and has been widely used,so the double sandwich panels in-plane shear test and research of ability is particularly important. In the design and construction of the double layer sandwich panel,full consideration of its stress skin effect,can better reflect the structure of the actual working conditions,but also to optimize the overall structure of the force and layout.Based on the above reasons,the paper analysis based on research at home and abroad about skin body test method and research status,with reference to the currently to monolayer pressure plate test and research methods and ideas,give full consideration to the sandwich plate concrete plate and construction process,were clip core plate and the edge of the component link the different ways by stressed skin diaphragms test,and analyzes the ANSYS solid modeling of sandwich panels covering the whole test.The preparation of the local standards of Yunnan Province Based on the activities of the board,the main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1) to the machinery plant metal surface sandwich panel core material,core material polystyrene foam flame retardant,fire resistance rating can meet the requirements of a grade fire.This kind of metal surface sandwich plate of material performance test research.(2) the mechanical properties of metal sandwich panels were tested and tested by bending test.(3) analysis of the skin effect under different link modes by means of shear strength test.(4) the bending resistance and shear resistance of the composite silicon metal sandwich panels are compared with the finite element analysis software ANSYS.
