In recent years, the construction of long span bridges in China has entered the peak period. This, concrete filled steel tube arch bridge because of the advantages of beautiful bridge, long span, construction short become ideal of long-span arch bridge structure. Bridge construction, the quality first, the construction control of the bridge is the key to ensure the quality, the bridge stress state and after the bridge linear meets the design requirements is measure of a bridge quality the important standard, the beam arch combination system bridge reasonable construction state key technology research and construction process monitoring has important engineering significance and practical value. In this paper, a truss type steel tube concrete arch bridge as an engineering example, the concrete filled steel tube arch bridge simulation, stability analysis and construction monitoring technology research. The main work and conclusions are as follows:1. According to the bridge structure type and construction technology, the establishment of finite element analysis for the spatial calculation model, simulation analysis of construction process of the bridge by MIDAS / civil procedure and analysis bridge structure by the force performance and prediction should force and deformation in the construction of the bridge in the process of the development and changes and calculation results for the bridge construction monitoring provides basis and theoretical guidance.2. Considering the suspender tension of space interaction, beam arch combination system bridge in construction process in suspender and tie beam prestressed tendons pull, determine the suspender and tie beams and prestressed reinforcement Zhang pull the reasonable construction sequence, implementation process and the state of the bridge suspender and tie beam prestressed tendons pull optimization, determine suspender and tie beam prestressed tendons Zhang optimization of bridge structure of the force, of the bridge are given reasonable construction state.3. It is required for the calculation of initial stretching force of the hanger, the reverse method and influence matrix method, provide guidance for the construction of the bridge.4 to study the spatial stability of the beam arch composite system bridge during the construction stage and the construction stage, analyze the overall stability of the bridge structure under various loads, and the reasonable construction state of the bridge.The calculated and measured results has been used in the actual construction control of the bridge, the construction of guiding value of the bridge, the bridge construction safety and meets the design intent, achieves the anticipated goal of the research.
