The main objective of this project is the completion of a way to deal with multiple operating range, a variety of work, design and experimental study with a certain precision motor load testing platform mechanical system, it is possible to achieve high production efficiency and output external characteristics and other key technical parameters more accurate tests provide research support.Output external characteristics and other technical parameters of the motor is to evaluate the overall performance of important indicators. Motor processing, after assembly, the need to carry out the relevant tests of its key technical parameters to evaluate its performance meets the technical requirements. Therefore, the need to create a new system designed to measure the mechanical load simulation equipment more work outside the range of the motor output characteristics and other technical parameters, and selects the appropriate range of motor experimental verification. In this paper, the research work to be carried out as follows:1) The overall layout scheme:the overall layout complete selection of standard parts of each unit.
