In order to solve the problems of environmental pollution and energy crisis,microgrid system is proposed with the advantages of low cost and high reliability.Memory components have been widely utilized for memory device,many other applications in signal oscillators,logic and arithmetic circuits,programmable analog circuits,and emulation of dynamic neuron behaviors.In this paper,memory conponents based circuit networks are designed and applied to control DC bus voltage in microgrid system.Firstly,the research background and significance of memory elements circuit networks and microgrid system are summarized in this paper.Meanwhile,the research background and the research status of key technologys for microgrid system are illustrated.Secondly,based on the operating principle of memristor(MR),a coupled memcapacitors(MCs)is designed.The working principle and characteristics of the coupled MCs is analyzed as well.Through building simulation and hardware experimental platform,the theoretical analysis of a single memcapacitor(MC)and coupled MCs is validated.Experimental results show that the closed area in the first and third quadrant of the pinched hysteresis loop(PHL)of a MC shrinks with the increment of the applied frequency,and two MC in coupled MCs have memcapacitive characteristics.Thirdly,based on the memcapacitive characteristics of coupled MCs,coupled MCs circuit serial and parallel connection with same and opposite polarities are designed,and above-mentioned circuits based relaxation oscillators(ROs)are firstly proposed.By establishing a simulation and hardware experiment platform,the coupling action can effectively control the frequency and duty cycle of the output voltage in the ROs.Fourthly,two kinds of three-terminal Memristor Emulator(3T-MR)are designed,and an adder circuit based 3T-MR replacing a common memristor in a PI regulator is designed.In the PI regulator,the proportion coffeicent can be effectively controlled.At the same time,coupled MCs based a PI regulator is designed.In this circuit,the coupled MCs are used to replace a common capacitor,and the integration coefficient can be effectively controlled.Finally,the simulation platform of microgrid system including photovoltaic modules,battery modules,etc.is eatablished.The 3T-MR based a PI regulator and coupled MCs based a PI regulator are applied to control DC bus voltage in the microgrid system.
