And its main body is the unit of storage goods, its steel strength, warehouse throughput and other important performance and indicators, as well as the manufacturing costs is becoming the most popular research in recent years.This subject comes from a practical engineering problems, the principal Yunnan Province Kunming Ou Mai Technology Co., Ltd. designed and commissioned shelves manufacturers to build flexible and intelligent production line shelves, the shelves dimensions for long×width×height is 38.6m×11m×6.5m,it is a large and complex steel structure. Due to the initial of the design the shelf, they adopted a relatively conservative design, so the overall costs has no price advantage, it can’t cope with the increasingly fierce market competition, so the client needs to improve the existing plan. Before the improvement, we need to know the load capacity of the shelves, and the shelves of a series of performance indicators, the client has given the following three issues:(1) Analysis of the load capacity of the shelf, analyzing the static load capacity of the shelf under several different load conditions.(2) Seismic analysis of the shelves, to verifying the shelf’s seismic capacity in the Kunming area.(3) Shuttle Vehicle’s motion analysis, the deformation and stress during moving between the two columns of the shuttle vehicle.According to the actual demand of the project, the above analysis and calculation are carried out, which provides a theoretical basis for the design of the shelf improvement. |
