Based On The Concept Of "Organic Renewal" To Study On The Protection And Development Planning Of Traditional Villages

With a long historical accumulation,unique folk culture and charming residential space,the traditional village is the steadfastness of native culture and an important part of traditions.However,under the dual challenges of globalization and urbanization, traditional villages in China are gradually disappearing.And due to a large number of construction,there is a large-scale homogeneity phenomenon which make all the villages the same appearance。Not only will traditional villages lose the original features, but also drop into a dilapidated difficulties because of the lack of sustained driving force for economic development.Seeking a way both to protect the village authenticly, and effectively promote the development of the traditional village has become the focus of contemporary traditional village planning and architectural design.Under the backgrounds above, based on the research about traditional villages, the organic renewal theory, with the discussion of "ShuHe" town and "HongCun" village and other cases, try to foam effective ways in reference to the renewal in the old city district and natioanl famous historical and cultural villages.At the same time, through the analysis of the organic renewal theory, the understanding of the essential meaning of organic renewal idea is put forwardSecondly, through the understanding of the nature of organic renewal concept, the "organic order" of the traditional village is analyzed from macro to micro, which is divided into three aspects:the pattern of the village and the location, the texture of the village and the space of the village.Based on the detailed analysis of the above three aspects, the dissertation sorts out the factors that affect the order of the village, and introduces the reflection on the degradation of the organic order in the traditional village, prepared for the next step of the protection and development of traditional villages specified under the concept of organic renewal.Again, by thinking of the problems in the village, introduct the strategies and methods of applying analysis of the protection and development of each case, comprehensively use these means in the village, specifically proposed to expand the organic renewal in the villages.From the three aspects of the village environment——public node and public building, the traditional residential building, the dissertation proposes the construction strategies, which includes the adjustment of the village planning, the construction of residential environment, residential renovation design and so onThe last part is the practice of the palnning of traditional villages in Li Fang village. Preliminary analysis on the organic elements of Li Fang village, point out the problem in LiFang village.come up with the idea of protection first, development second, which includes landscape pattern, ecological environment, residential streets and comprehensive factors and so on levels of protection. On the basis of comprehensive protection, on the overall development of Li Fang,layout of another district, improve the old district; for residential renovation and renewal of folk houses, extract the prototype and decompose the functions; for the node to show cultural transformation, the optimization of exhibition space is the main purpose.
