Study On The Organic Renewal Strategy Of Mashan County In Guangxi

Based on the theory of organic renewal and the practice of village investigation,this paper puts forward an experimental method and strategy on the protection and development of villages under the background of the central"revitalization of villages".Since ancient times,China has been a big agricultural country.It has rich traditional architecture and profound historical culture.Village and village culture occupy an important position in our country's social structure system.However,in recent years,the development of villages has been uneven.For historical and cultural villages,due to the relatively perfect protection mechanism,the development of villages has shown a good development trend.For ordinary villages that are not wearing the hat of "historical and cultural villages",but also carry certain cultural resources and natural resources,they are widely distributed in most parts of China.The renewal and development of this kind of village should be worth our attention.At present,this type of village has also exposed many shortcomings and problems in the process of urbanization and modernization,such as the forced demolition of traditional buildings in the development of villages;For example,the protection of the village only stays on the image project of "dressing and wearing caps",and does not delve into the cultural and regional characteristics and spatial characteristics of the village;For example,the protection and development methods of villages are relatively single,and they often adopt the "top-down" model of government unified planning.Before the planning,no detailed research and research was conducted on the villages.This paper will start from the theory of urban organic renewal,find out the village organic renewal theory that is adapted to the protection and development of villages,and extract the principles of integrity,relevance,subjectivity,progressivity,and development of village organic renewal.The three strategies of regional extension,habitat optimization and village economic growth are summarized.Make the village maintain sustainable renewal and development.In addition,taking the renewal and development of the three villages as an example,this paper explores a tentative study of the village development model based on village field research.It is hoped that the actual problems of village development will be sorted out through field research,combining the village's realistic resources and development opportunities,and finding a reasonable development path,and exploring the renewal and development of the current village in a flexible manner.
