Research On The Strategy Of Existing Industrial Building Renovation

Since the 1990s, China began practice in existing industrial buildings reform, also has the certain breadth of theoretical research, but generally lack holistic thinking of architecture level, also lack the ability to guide practice method are summarized. Based on this situation, this paper at home and abroad excellent reconstruction cases and theoretical research basis, focusing on the existing industrial buildings in the presence of common problems and methods of tackling the problem, from two aspects of the structural space and the induction summarizes the existing industrial buildings in the strategy, and to Kunming Jinding cultural and creative industry park on the 16 and 17 platform building renovation design as an example, through multi scheme comparison and development of in face of problem specific how to analyze and use the corresponding strategy.
