Research On The Transformation And Reuse Of Industrialarchitectural Heritages

With the continuous transformation and development of the city,people begin to look for a new way to revive and activate the heritage of old industrial buildings.Although our country has accumulated certain experience and theoretical basis in the process of industrial building heritage transformation and reuse research,it is not systematic and shallow.In this paper,through the study of domestic and foreign industrial architectural heritage features of the transformation of the program to carry out a specific study.Taking the project of Central Plain Dahua group in Hualong district,Puyang City,Henan Province as the research object,under the scientific guidance of architecture,history,heritage of industrial architecture and creative industry,from the industrial landscape style,building interior and exterior space,site resource distribution and other aspects of effective evaluation and transformation.Firstly,the content,purpose and significance of the research are discussed in the introduction,and the meanings of industrial architecture heritage,transformation and reuse,creative industrial park are pointed out;Secondly,the historical evolution,the distribution of resources and the types of development are sorted out by consulting the materials and references to lay the foundation for the follow-up research;Thirdly,according to the type of development,we study the successful cases at home and abroad,and get the principles,strategies and methods of reconstruction;Then is the method research,mainly includes the site building inside and outside the space transformation technique and the scene construction and so on,for this plan implementation guarantees;Finally,this thesis,including the existing problems,solutions and the final planning effect of Central Plain Taika,Puyang City Chemical Industry Park,is the core of this project.On the basis of the above,the study of this project is summarized and prospected.
