As the service logistics industry supporting production and living, more and more "small, exquisite, thin, exotic" cargo, more and more obvious "multi-item, small-lot settings, multi-frequency" transport demand trend brings a lot of challenges and forwards to higher requirements to the vehicles goods matching which speeds up to the replacing of the traditional logistics scheduling mode by the intelligent lean modern logistics scheduling mode. Vehicle cargo matching is an important part in the management of transportation scheduling, which directly affects the cost and benefit of logistics. Lean intelligent vehicle and cargo stowage eliminates convection, circuitous, repetition, waiting, empty driving and other unreasonable transport of wasted phenomenon, which not only optimizes the allocation of resources, reducing energy-saving emission, but also lowers the cost of logistics, improves the quality and the efficiency of logistics service management, enhances the competitive power of the logistics enterprise in the market.The article starts with the time, economy, vehicle goods matching conditions and service quality composing of the factors of goods vehicles matching, taking XY Logistics for example, combining with the lean logistics thought characteristics and expert investigation, and evaluates the vehicle goods matching process of personnel, vehicles, goods, orders and other factors into the line and establishes one overall goal, four one-grade subsystem and twenty-five two-grade subsystem. Using AHP fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for the impact factors of the vehicles and goods matching on the quality and quantity analysis, the article finds 15 key factors to successfully match, and measures the level of XY Logistics enterprise vehicle cargo match in the medium good condition. Then conducting a comprehensive and in-depth review to the process of XY enterprise goods vehicles matching. By valuing stream map to find out the bottleneck problem of the key aspects of the process, namely, the levels of system is very low, poor timeliness of node connection, degree of complexity management deficiencies and exception handling is not in place, in order to solve these problems proposed billboard management, the complexity of lean management, the abnormal fluctuations of data management, and so a series of measures to optimize.The conclusion of this research is consistent with the actual situation of XY enterprises, and has a certain theoretical guidance meaning and reference value to the practice of vehicle and goods matching. Through the actual data, optimization measures of the vehicle and goods matching can reduce the cost of time and manpower, improve the service efficiency and customer experience, greatly improve the quality of service matching.
