With the rapid development of the high grade highway construction in our country, the mileage of the highway is increasing continuously. The emphasis of the highway construction is gradually transformed from the new highway to highway maintenance, and the asphalt pavement pit is one of the most common diseases in the daily maintenance work. Pavement pothole in the multiple and dispersion characteristics become the ills of the highway, maintenance work is time-consuming and higher requirements to the temperature, especially in the cold and wet areas, the traditional hot mix asphalt mixture can not be timely and effective repair pit, and the cold fill material while lowering the temperature requirements of pothole repair, but there are still many problems.Xilin Gol League region, Inner Mongolia Province, located in central Inner Mongolia, is a typical arid and cold climate characteristics. The maintenance department years trying to find a cold patching method, can be adapted to the features of the climate in Xilin Gol League region area, and make timely and effectively repair dispersion, multiple pits. Therefore, on the basis of the local conditions, a variety of cold patching material carries on the contrast analysis, ultimately chose a newly developed " method of asphaltic liquid of low temperature rapid repair " of Xilin Gol League region area pavement pothole repair.Due to the rapid cooling fluid replacement repair method is still in the process of popularization, although from material preparation to improve the traditional storage type cold patching material, but its road performance has not been widely recognized, and not a complete set of construction scheme. Therefore this paper from the adhesion and low temperature bonding, initial Marshall stability, forming Marshall stability, water stability test (Marshall residual stability and freeze-thaw splitting test), rutting test on road performance is analyzed; secondly according to the indoor and outdoor observation, effects of temperature, stirring, paving and curing conditions on the materials and materials of paving, choose reasonable plan, recommend the construction method; finally through comparison and calculation and other cold patch material, evaluate the cost and social economic benefits, combined with road performance and economic benefits and environmental protection point of view the performance, analysis the method’s feasibility of asphaltic liquid of low temperature rapid repair. And on this basis, through a lot of experiments and analysis, the evaluation recommended cold patch material road performance test methods and the corresponding evaluation index and standard.After the tests and field construction effect, "method of asphaltic liquid of low temperature rapid repair" can be adapted to the cold conditions of pothole repair, road performance and remarkable economic benefit, the construction method is simple can better complete Xilin Gol League region area pavement pothole repair tasks.
