With the continuous deepening of the reform of electric power system, the separation of plant and network, bidding policy, efforts to reduce the power consumption rate, reduce the cost of power generation, improve the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises, has become the urgent task of the power enterprise must optimize the system and equipment modification. Inner Mongolia Beijing power generation limited liability company in response to consumption countries and group energy requirements, decided in the high voltage motor system energy-saving projects, and vigorously promote the use of energy saving technology. Decided to Inner Mongolia China Power Station four lOkV fan motor and four sets of lOkV condensate pump motor frequency transformation.This paper tends to Mongolia Jinglong power station transform of frequency and carefully analysis the induced draft fan and condensation pump energy problems. The energy saving effect of the power plant is analyzed and compared with the actual data of the power plant.The annual operating 6500 hours calculation of induced draft fan, is expected annual savings of 3298000 degrees. Condensate pump single draft fan through frequency conversion, the annual operating 6500 hours to calculate, is expected annual savings of 3298000 degrees. This can save 75 million yuan every year. The implementation scheme of high voltage frequency conversion is explained, and the control and operation of high voltage inverter in various operating conditions are introduced in detail. The transformation logic is described also which has guiding significance to the transformation of the same type of power plant in the future.After the completion of the transformation of the meaning is significant, so that my company plant electricity rate is greatly reduced,. After changing this the wind turbine, baffle, motor, high voltage switch equipment and power grid start impact is greatly reduced, thereby improving the motor running condition, and can greatly reduce the maintenance costs of equipment used.With the development of the concept of sustainable development, energy saving and emission reduction has become a national strategy which will become the highlight of energy-saving power plant. The transformation accumulated a lot of valuable experience, at the same time, and also high voltage frequency conversion transformation design provide analysis data and effective idea for other power enterprises.
