Design And Implementation Of Substation Mobile Terminal Security Management Platform

With the rapid development of Internet mobile technology and the steady advance of information construction in the 13 th Five-Year Plan of State Grid Corporation of China,new requirements have been put forward for the production and management of Sichuan Electric Power Company of State Grid in the aspects of Internet mobile technology,smart grid and "Three Intensifications and Five Systems".In order to further promote the mobile application to promote the power production and management,effectively support informatization and smart grid construction,meet the security,reliability and stability requirements of mobile application informatization construction,especially for the company service classes and assignments of constructions of mobile applications,design and development substation mobile terminal security management platform have great significanc.This paper focused on business needs and implementation technology of the mobile terminal security management,designed and developed software system of substation mobile terminal security management.Starting from the actual needs of mobile terminal security management,this paper analyzes the principles and methods of mobile terminal security management in detail,and proposes a mobile terminal security management solution based on B/S and C/S.The system uses eclipse as the development platform,the middleware uses weblogic,and the database uses Oracle.This paper introduces the current situation and existing problems of mobile terminal security management in Sichuan Electric Power Company,analyzes the business and non-functional requirements of the system,and puts forward the system architecture design,system detailed design,database design.The main functions of the system include device management,application management,statistical analysis etc.In this paper,the realization method of each function module of the system is given,and the function and non-function of the system are tested.Through the implementation of successful cases of multiple electric companies,mobile terminal substation system can satisfy the company safety management work,make the information communication management of the company at all levels more integration,standardization,refinement,streamline and digitization,ensure all the resources and management behavior of controllable and controllability,greatly improvethe security management level of mobile terminal in power grid company.
