The electric power industry is the support of the national economy and social development of public utilities and infrastructure industries, with the rapid development of China’s national economy and the improvement of people’s life is becoming more and more important. The level of power grid planning has decided the direction and height of the electric power industry for the development of the area, should adhere to the principles of sustainable development, so that the development of scientific and rational planning, energy-saving, to achieve the maximum economic and social benefits, ensuring power supply system has a strong force for social development. In this thesis, based on the Jilin Province, Tonghua City, the current situation of the development of district economy in recent years, based on the full investigation and evidence collection, load forecasting by using the trend extrapolation, industrial output value of unit consumption method and the method of electricity elasticity coefficient, analysis of the growth law of power load characteristics and load, the district power grid 66 kilovolt and 10 kilovolt system system design with the careful analysis, and ultimately determine the feasibility analysis of the economic benefit, the planning scheme. Through the planning will gradually solve the weak link region network, optimize power network structure, improve the supply capacity of the district power grid.Recently, middle term and long-term planning to achieve the combination, in the power grid safe and reliable and the premise of ensuring the quality of electric power, to achieve power grid, powergrid equipment strong enough advanced and applicable, economic reasonable goals.
