| The economy of Laibin City shows a great speed of development,especially,after the adjustment of industrial structure of Laibin City,the demand of electricity consumption of Laibin City is getting bigger and bigger,and the requirements of power supply reliability and power quality are more and more high,the existing grid in Laibin City cannot meet the demand of its economic development.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out the research on power grid planning according to the problems existing in the power transmission and power supply.We need to plan Laibin’s power grid construction scheme for the next years to 10 years to meet the needs of local economic and social development.This paper starts from the core part of three power system planning,including power demand forecasting,power supply planning and power grid planning,and carries out the research on the planning of power grid in Laibin City.First,by collecting,sorting out and analyzing the current situation and data of the power grid and social economy in Laibin City,combined with the national Economic Development Plan of Laibin city,using various load forecasting methods to carry on the power load forecasting of the planning area.The comparison found that the gray model GM(1,1)has more accurate prediction results.Therefore,the load forecasting results obtained by this method are used as the basis of each level annual power grid planning.Secondly,the goal of Laibin’s grid construction plan and the main technical principles of power grid construction are determined.On this basis,taking into account the power profit and loss situation,the planning of the site selection,power transmission,power grid reactive power planning and related network structure of the transformer substation in Laibin City is carried out.Finally,the investment estimation and economic evaluation of the power construction project of this plan are put forward,and suggestions and prospects are put forward for the development of the power grid in Laibin City. |
