With the improvement of the state environmental protection standards and construction units pursuit of investment benefit, the domestic power plant construction mainly to large capacity, low emission, high efficiency, low cost (the cost of units) in the direction of development. In order to meet the above requirements, Environmental expertise and technology professional conduct a lot of design optimization and technological innovation, such as:using the wet dust removal, desulfurization Using Twin Towers desulfurization, vapor driven technology, the optimization has changed the capacity and layout of electrical system to a large extent, puts forward new requirements and subject for electrical design system of power plant.According to the current development trend, the domestic 1000MW coal-fired power plant will become the main unit in a certain period of time. Therefore, this paper will be a 2×1000MW unit coal-fired power plant as an example, the " generator circuit breaker and the startup and standby transformer scheme", " connection scheme for high voltage auxiliary power " two electric technologies are studied, analysis, and put forward the safe, economic and reasonable design. Design model on the basis of the initial establishment of 1000MW unit electrical technology and relative unified standard, and provide reference for relevant engineering, in order to change the design scheme of too much, too complicated situation, the promotion of electrical equipment R & D and production standardization, reduce the power plant construction, operation, maintenance and management costs.On"generator circuit breaker and starting-standby transformer scheme", " connection scheme for high voltage auxiliary power " of the two key technology research, based mainly in the analysis, summing up the advantages and disadvantages of similar power plant on the design, combined with the study of the characteristics of the project, initially proposed by 2-4 scheme, then using the method of qualitative analysis, quantitative analysis method, NPV economic analysis etc., Analysis, comparison, and ultimately determine the optimal design scheme for the research project, namely:generator circuit breaker is not set, the two units set up 1 sets of 76/45-45MVA load voltage splitting transformer as starting-standby transformer; using 10kV level voltage HV auxiliary power unit, set with 1 sets of high voltage on unload voltage regulating split transformer, rated capacity of 76/45-45MVA.This paper also based new project, difference of the expansion project, to standby power system and high voltage auxiliary power system exists the phase angle difference and phase angle difference larger situation analysis, try to establish the "new 1000MW unit of electrical design of the basic principle", "the expansion of 1000MW unit in the electrical design of the basic principle".The results show that, through research and analysis, design of the two technologies are presented, in ensuring the safe and reliable, economic and reasonable under the premise of meeting the new requirements proposed at design optimization and technological innovation. The establishment of two kinds of design of the basic principle, but also can promote the design, manufacturing standards, realize the design, manufacturing, construction, operation and management of the win-win.
