Study On Drive Behavior During The Yellow Light At Intersection And Method Of Management And Control

In recent years, with the rapid growth of possession of private vehicles, the traffic safety issues are becoming more serious and focused on by people. Urban areas that population and vehicles are concentrated is a high incidence of traffic accidents, and as an important node in the urban road network, the safety level of the road intersection is directly related to the safety performance and efficiency of the whole urban road network. Traffic accident of intersection occurs mostly in the yellow light, thus improving the level of traffic safety in the intersection during the yellow light is particularly important. There are many reasons for the cause of frequent traffic accidents in the yellow light, the main reason is that our country has not identify the driver’s behavior of yellow light, then causing decision behavior chaos of drivers in the yellow light. Based on the above background, the paper researched the rule of decision behavior of drivers during the intersection in yellow light relied on the National Natural Science Fund Project" Risk assessment and safety design parameter optimization of highway traffic flow under the influence of visibility (number:51578207)",then analyzed the influence degree of various factors on the behavior of drivers in the traffic environment. The research has certain practical significance in guiding the traffic flow during the yellow light and improving the level of intersection safety.Based on driver behavior decision-making under different traffic environment choice as the research target, system comprehensively analyzes the driving behavior decision-making, distinguish the driver stop at a constant speed, through, accelerated by and emergency brake four kinds of behavioral decision result.According to the decision-making process and results of the driver, the driver itself factors, vehicle dynamic and static intersection design factors are summarized in three aspects:the theory of driver during the intersection yellow light all the factors that affect the behavior decision variables.Based on various factors influencing the driver behavior decision-making in theory, design questionnaire, collecting various factors driving under the influence of human behavior decision.Through SPSS software analysis questionnaire data, analysis of various factors on driver behavior decision tendency influence, find out about decisions drive people tend to have significant influence factors, and aimed at these factors to design the video survey plan, collect drivers driving behavior in actual traffic environment, analysis of different parameters in the intersection during the yellow light yellow light probability.Based on a lot of actual survey data, eventually establish a driver during the intersection yellow light multinomial logistic model of behavioral decision, and intersection in the rush of the occurrence probability of yellow light binary logistic model.According to the large amounts of experimental data and model analysis, dig deep research.Combined with intelligent transportation technology, from the boot speed, warning distance and regulating the yellow light time remaining three aspects auxiliary driving people during the intersection yellow light to make a safe, effective decision-making behavior.And further from the driver individual behavior to reduce running yellow light in the crossing probability of group behavior, based on the tuning of intersection signal timing plan within, reduce running yellow lights in intersection probability, improve the safety level crossings.
