Research On Enterprise Tooling Business Process Management Based On Process Integration

This paper roots in the research projects "The Research of Agile Virtual Manufacturing Technology" and "The research on crossed enterprise process integration technologies in aviation products driven by workflow based on grid". In this project manufacturing resources tooling management and related technologies are deeply analyzed. As a background of fast changing information technologies, enterprise manufacturing resources business process integration is put forward on the basis of business process integration theory, and the information and business supporting platform is built in order to realize the tooling business process integration. Based on detailed enterprise investigation, the main research work and contributions of this paper are as follows:1. The information technologies is researched, the development of national defense across the whole world is deeply discussed, especially the development and the characteristic of our country's national defense. So it is urgent that the application of information technologies to our country's national defense.2. The theory of process integration is proposed, varied from information integration, process integration and enterprise application integration. The requirements of integration in Sunrise corporation is analyzed. The technologies related to process integration is discussed.3. On the basis of detailed investigation (Shenyang Sunrise corporation), the current development of enterprise tooling management is analyzed, especially the problems and the elements led to low-efficiency arc deeply discussed. The business process modeling theory is studied and the UML modeling of tooling business is proposed. The tooling business process integration system is built and the information model, process model, resources model, structure model and the function model are put forward in the paper. And the system structure and database design is proposed.4. The relationship between the manufacturing resources management platform and the tooling business process integration system is discussed, and the platform as supporting enterprise integration is also analyzed. The information integration of tooling system and manufacturing resourcesplatform is researched, and the integration of tooling and enterprise application TCM is also studied based on manufacturing resources platform. The structure and some key technologies to realize the integration of tooling business process are analyzed. The methods to realize the internet safety and the database backup and recovery is discussed. A software system to realize the tooling business integration is developed based on J2EE structure.
