Substation is an important part of the power system. In order to improve the efficiency and security of power transmission and distribution, it is necessary to promote the substation automation renovation project by using schedule management., because the project schedule management index is one of the three important contents of project management cost, schedule and management quality. Project schedule as an important economic indicators can be used to measure the level of project management. The project duration has a direct relationship with the economic benefits of the project. An important task of project management is to take effective measures to control the progress, and complete the project with high quality and low cost.This paper analyses and solves the problem of project schedule optimization and control in Li Zhai 110KV substation automation renovation on the basis of project schedule management theory and network planning optimization theory. The related theories are introduced including project types, selection modes, the purpose,control method and types and applications of network planning technique. Thereafter the paper introduces the characteristics and analyses influencing factors of the project. In order to generate network graph, the main activities are decomposed, sorted and estimated time. The paper discusses the optimization method to sequence parallel activities. Finally, the paper proposes the project schedule inspection and control measures, which can make the project completed on time. The project schedule management proposed in this paper can give a reference to other substation automation renovation. |
