Electric power industry is the most fundamental industry in China's social and economic development,which is closely related to promoting social and economic development and maintaining social stability.At the same time,substation is also an indispensable part of the whole power grid system.Substation has the characteristics of safety,reliability and quick efficiency.In order to maintain this characteristic,it is necessary to upgrade its integrated automation system to ensure that its automation degree can meet the increasing demand of people for a better life.Because the substation transformation project is a systematic project involving cost,schedule and project quality,a systematic and complete team is needed to manage the progress of the project transformation.The quality of project management is mainly determined by the progress management of the whole project.Whether the project can produce economic benefits is directly related to whether the project can be completed within the time limit.The main goal of project management is to use effective management and control measures to control the progress of the project with high standards and low cost and finally complete it.This paper mainly uses the basic theory of project schedule management,network planning,key route method and other methods to analyze the plan of 110 kV Panjiawan substation integrated automation system transformation project,and puts forward the optimization and control methods of the project.Firstly,the research background and significance of project schedule management and the research status at home and abroad are briefly introduced.Then,the basic theory and methods of project schedule management are introduced,including the categories of schedule plan,optimization and control measures.Taking the renovation project of integrated automation system of 110 kV Panjiawan substation as the research object,this paper introduces the general situation of the project,analyses the problems in the process of the project renovation,decomposes and collates the main work of the project,compiles the network plan of the project,and finds out the key route of the project,and draws Gant.The plan guides and controls the progress of the project.Based on the theory of gravity center theorem,an effective method of schedule control is found out.Through the study of schedule management for the transformation project of substation integrated automation system,it plays an extremely important role in improving the schedule control of substation transformation project and the smooth operation of the project.
