In the management of power transmission and transformation projects,there are four elements that are contradictory and unified.They are the management elements of schedule,quality,safety,and economy.Progress control occupies a prominent position among the four factors.At present,the engineering management capabilities of Chinese power companies are still far from those of developed countries,and advanced management concepts are slightly inadequate in practical applications.Under the current situation,the people’s demand for diversified power products is increasing,forcing power companies to provide more diversified and high-quality power products.Now the national level encourages private capital to enter the field of power distribution,and the State Grid Corporation is facing a situation The monopoly position is gradually broken,facing huge challenges.In order to face these challenges,power companies must reform themselves and innovate their management methods.In order to adapt to the current harsh situation,the State Grid Corporation of China implements the construction concept of "two types and three new" in the construction process,rationally applies modern management theories,scientifically prepares schedule plans and monitors the implementation of the plan,and achieves the established schedule goals.This research is centered on the construction of the BADARHU 220 k V substation.The establishment of the project is essential to improve the regional grid and solve the regional low-voltage problem.This paper adopts advanced schedule management concepts and methods to carry out schedule management work.This article mainly focuses on the decomposition of project work structure,adopts analogy estimation method,three-point estimation method,expert estimation method and other methods to estimate activity time,and uses computer application method,critical path method,and rush calculation method to prepare and optimize network plans.Use earned value method to analyze schedule deviation,set up a complete process to adjust and correct the schedule plan.This project uses many advanced technologies such as 66 k V compact HGIS application technology and intelligent component device integration technology.Although the application of these new technologies and new processes objectively increases the difficulty of project management,practice has proved that the adoption of advanced management technology can greatly improve the plan’s performance.The core of the completion rate and schedule control is the critical path method,which is of great help to the schedule management of power projects.Although the project has been greatly affected in the actual progress of various activities due to various reasons.However,scientific and reasonable schedule control methods have played a positive role in achieving schedule goals,provided a reference for future similar power project schedule management,and also promoted the application of computer software in power project schedule management.
