Distribution Network, which is responsible for distributing power to each power user, plays a very important role in the power system network. These days, Demand for electricity is growing in response to people’s improving living standards. With the continuous enlargement of the girds and strengthening links between them, the complexity of the distribution network has reached unprecedented levels, in the wake of this, the probability of the distribution network failure is also rising, and thechain reactioncaused by some complex distribution network faultshas got wider and moreserious.According to the statistics, over 85% of the power system outage was due to the distribution grid failure, so the situation of distribution network can directly impact on the quality of the power transmitted to users.In recent years, due to all kinds of natural disasters, network equipment failures of massive scale at home and abroad occur frequently, so both production and living in these areas have been severely affected. Ifpower supply isn’t restored quickly, huge losses of property will be caused. Since the diversity of the distribution network failures, the old practices as only depending on the experience of dispatchers to locate the point of failure and develop a method forpower failure recovery and the point offailure repair is no longer applicable. Therefore, it is particularly important to do research on how to quickly restore power non-fault zone and to form a scientific and efficient task-allocation breakdown and repair policy within limited human and resources.From this perspective, seeing power supply recovery and fault repair as a whole, this paperhas completed the establishment of a model which allows the decision makers to weigh the interaction between them, taking into consideration the effectiveness of repairing of malfunction when making restoration scheme, meanwhile, considering the feasibility of restoration of power in the design of fault repair plan, finally coming out a global optimal solution through the use of this collaborative way of thinking. And the effectiveness of the scheme put by this paper is proved by the analysis the economic loss of the level-one important loss of power, total economic losses of loss of power and switch operation times etc.Minimizing socio-economic losses to maximum caused by power failures is important both theoretically and practically. On the grounds of the actual situation of distribution network, this paper attempt to build a repair and restore cooperative strategy model power under the consideration of multi-fault conditions in power systems, in order to provide a more efficient and rational decision-making scheme for power sector when they need to quickly restore power and repair failures facing the situation of distribution network being with multiple faults and a great loss of power.
