With the development of economy and society,electricity has become an indispensable energy in people's lives.Similarly,electricity has played an irreplaceable role in promoting social and economic development.However,the frequent extreme climate in recent years has brought great threat to the security and stability of power system operation.In particular,the ice disaster in early 2008 has caused serious damage to the power facilities in many areas of southern China and the serious damage to the power supply,resulting in a large area,long time blackout,suffered huge losses of national economy.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to develop a scientific and effective ice melting and repair strategy to improve the reliability of power supply in post-disaster power grid.Firstly,this paper describes the background,the significance of the research and the domestic and foreign research status of ice disaster and multi-fault repair of distribution network,including the research of ice-covered theory,the study of ice-melting scheduling and the multi-fault repair of distribution network;on this basis,This paper introduces the basic knowledge of graph theory and two kinds of topology search methods,depth first search and breadth first search,and two kinds of search methods were compared and analyzed,and then the discrete chemotaxis of bacterial population optimization used in this paper was analyzed,which laid the foundation for the optimization of the subsequent research model.Secondly,in order to prevent the large-scale faults on the distribution network caused by the ice disaster,multi-agent technology will be applied to the Ice melting scheduling of distribution network under the ice disaster.This paper established a two-stage model based on multi-agent system which was composed of the dispatch center agent,ice melting team agent,weather information agency and Information collection agent.Among them,before the ice disaster comes as the first stage,in this stage,the ice pre-scheduling strategy is obtained;in the ice disaster comes into the second stage,compared the two stages of the data by the dispatch center agent,If the deviation is within a certain range,then take thepre-scheduling program;Otherwise,according to the actual situation,and get the final emergency ice scheduling strategy.Finally,in order to cope with the failure of the distribution network under the ice disaster,this paper divides the area passing through the area of heavy ice zone,middle ice zone and light ice zone.In order to meet the reality of the fault In this paper,the efficiency discount coefficient and the driving distance factor are defined in the model.Combining with the actual development process of ice disaster and the failure of the distribution network under ice disaster,this paper established the distribution network with distribution generation multi-fault ice melting,“melting+repair” and ice melting again three stage optimization model;taking into account the unexpected new failure in the repair process,in order to restore power as quickly as possible,then re-develop the task of resource allocation strategy to achieve dynamic repair.
