Research On Ergonomic Form Of Environment- Friendly Product

With the holding of the Paris summit and frequent fog haze weather, people have realized that environment protection problems are becoming the immediate problems, e-commerce platform, associated with the wave of the Internet and created new opportunities for Chinese manufacturing industry, under this circumstance, environmentally friendly products in the development of environmental sustainable development, and manufacturing innovation plays a more and more important role. Environmentally friendly products emphasize environmental needs, and ergonomics form needs are on the choice of materials, the use of the amount of material, process and the design of the structure, as well as some conflicts. But in the face of different sources of needs, the need expression stage different contradictions and conflicts, it is difficult to use traditional method to resolve effectively.Firstly, this article studied from theory aspect, through access to relevant literatures and data, the traditional needs for environmentally friendly products, environmental needs and ergonomics form needs to understand and define, borrow design research methods, through literatures reading, design experiences, design methods of interview and questionnaires to collect and summarize these above requirements and needs. Secondly, through the QFD method (Quality Function Deployment), the needs can be converted into the design requirements, so that the designer can find the conflicts of physical and technical which is among the design elements, then, through the theory of TRIZ invention problem solving, contradiction and conflicts can be resolved. Last, introduce a environmentally friendly leisure chair design case, to certify the above method. Author designs two leisure chairs, evaluates the design accomplishment rates through a method based on QFD, and get the final design of the chair. The whole design process achieved some results.
