The Study On Spatial Planning Of Tourist Historical Towns

Historical town has its unique historical accumulation and cultural heritage,which has always been one of the important topics of urban planning scholars.In recent years,the state has promulgated a series of policies and regulations on urban construction and development,clearly proposing that urban development should rely on its own development characteristics,and explore the precise development direction and regular trend.Therefore,taking the development of tourism industry as the breakthrough of urban industrial transformation and upgrading has become an important direction for many cities to seek development.In the same farmhouse and agricultural picking garden,small towns with historic buildings and regional culture have unique capital conditions.However,how to promote the development of tourism industry,improve the functions of relevant cities and towns under the premise of historical and cultural protection,implement the promotion of urban material space,and realize the continuous blood transfusion and hematopoiesis mechanism has become a key issue in the development of such cities and towns.Therefore,this paper mainly aims at the historical cities and towns with tourism development,constructs the planning path,realizes the complementary of tourism industry and urban space,and forms the urban space with regional characteristics.This article conducts a more detailed research and demonstration based on Gilgalang Town,Kezhuohouqi,Tongliao City,Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.Gilgalang Town is a national key town and the first historical and cultural town in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.The ruins of Seng Gelinqin Mansion in the town area are the key cultural relics protection units announced nationwide.The thesis provides a reference method for the shaping of urban spatial planning by using the path planning method of constructing tourism-type historical urban space.At the same time,the protection and utilization of Gilgalang towns can effectively protect the local historical and cultural heritage.Local residents have not provided jobs,promoted the transformation of urban functions and economic development.Based on the analysis of the main influencing factors of urban development under the background of tourism industry and the spatial characteristics of cities and towns promoted by tourism industry,this paper sums up four ways of spatial construction of historical cities and towns under the promotion of tourism industry,which are the transformation of urban functions based on people,the optimization of urban space under the guidance of multi factors,the improvement of urban space quality based on local conditions and the sustainable development of cities and towns under the premise of protection Path.This paper takes Gilgalang town as an example to verify the spatial planning path method of the tourism historical town.Based on the field investigation and the collation of relevant data,the paper analyzes the town type and spatial influencing factors,summarizes its spatial characteristics,and optimizes its functionsIn order to complete the construction of urban space in Gilgarang Town,the following measures should be taken: to stimulate innovation,to optimize urban space by traffic space organization design,to protect sustainable development under the premise,to control and guide characteristic space in practice,and to shape urban space.
