Landscape Design Of Water Conservancy Area In Irrigation District Based On Red Culture

Red culture is the new cultural morphology generated by the integration of excellent traditional Chinese culture and advanced culture theory in Marxism, so it has the values and functions of gathering people’s will, motivating public emotion and highlighting spirit of the time.Under the difficult condition of early days of new China during the 1950s-1970s, people completed miraculous hydraulic engineering in irrigation district by virtue of their dogged determination and selfless dedication spirit. Meanwhile, red culture breeds, sprouts, grows and matures in the process of constructing irrigation district. Since domestic and overseas discussions as well as researches are insufficient in how to manifest the theme of red culture through the landscape design of water conservancy area in irrigation district, and carry out tourism actives, such as sightseeing, relaxation, holiday, science, culture and education, the research of landscape design of water conservancy area in irrigation district based on red culture is very important and urgent. From the perspective of landscape design, this article explored the relationship between water conservancy area in irrigation district and red culture, analyzed the resource and landscape features, function and existing development mode of water conservancy area in irrigation district, and summarized the major problems in landscape design of water conservancy area in irrigation district based on red culture. By means of relevant case study, it raised landscape design strategy and guided the design practice of Two Points One Axis in Shaoshan Milky Way tourist area. The major research achievements are as follows:(1) Researched domestic and overseas theory and development status of water conservancy area in irrigation district by looking over literatures; domestic and overseas systematic research theories about landscape design of water conservancy area in irrigation district based on red culture are few. ew.(2) Summarized the major problems in landscape design of water conservancy area in irrigation district based on red culture through looking up books and filed survey; mainly include landscape in scenic spot lacks characteristic and red culture; neglect of ecological landscape construction; commercial entertainment surpasses culture experience in red culture; deficiency of landscape function and imperfect infrastructure; different scenic spots lack consistency.(3) Based on the field survey of water conservancy area in irrigation district, it concluded that water conservancy area in irrigation district has rich natural resources, deep cultural deposits and prominent landscape characteristic; meanwhile, it has the functions of beatifying environment, relaxing on holidays, edutainment. Secondly, the analysis of documents related to red culture found that red culture has the values of promoting economy, cultural inheritance and popularizing education; besides, it summarized the specific manifestation form of material as well as spiritual morphologies of red cultural resources. At last, through discussion, it concluded that, red culture provides design elements for water conservancy area in irrigation district while water conservancy area in irrigation district is the important carrier of red culture; they are in mutual dependence.(4) Aimed at the problems in landscape design of water conservancy area in irrigation district, it raised design strategies from four aspects:integrate red cultural resources based on "protection development"; conceive red cultural landscape design centering on "red perception"; implement scenic spot natural landscape protection on the premise of "ecological construction"; develop red landscape design products under the guidance of "cultural experience".(5) By taking the Two Points One Axis landscape design of Shaoshan water conservancy area in irrigation district, as example, it integrated, continued and inherited scenic spot landscape and red culture through landscape strategy.To sum up, the research achievements in this article enriched the relevant theories of landscape design of water conservancy area in irrigation district based on red culture, which provided reference for later similar landscape design and played great significance in carrying forward red revolutionary spirit and enhancing national cultural soft power.
