Research On Social Changes In The View Of Water Conservancy Development In Hetao Irrigation Area Since The Founding Of The People's Republic Of China

In recent years,Hetao Irrigation Area has been at the forefront of large-scale irrigation area in the construction of water conservancy projects,and has been commended by the Ministry of Water Resources,the National Development and Reform Commission and other ministries.Hetao Irrigation Area is a famous ancient irrigation area in China.Its special geographical location makes the development of water conservancy cause a key factor affecting the development of the region.Therefore,studying the social changes in Hetao Irrigation District from the perspective of water conservancy development has important reference significance for the study of other similar conditions.This paper takes Hetao Irrigation District as the research object,and uses literature research method,investigation and interdisciplinary research to deeply analyze the development history and social change of water conservancy in Hetao Irrigation Area.After a long period of accumulation and study,and a field trip to Linhe,the research on the development of water conservancy projects and social changes in Hetao Irrigation Area was completed.The time span of research on Hetao Irrigation Area is from the founding of the People's Republic of China.The key content is the social changes under the vision of water conservancy development in Hetao Irrigation Area.It is the innovation of this paper to study social change from the perspective of water conservancy development.The development of water conservancy in Hetao Irrigation Areat is inseparable from the leadership of the party and the support of relevant government policies.Therefore,it is necessary to rationalize the state's policy on the water conservancy project in HetaoIrrigation Area and the development of water conservancy in Hetao Irrigation Area since the founding of the People's Republic of China.The paper is divided into four parts: the first part of the introduction is an explanation of the research background,significance and methods of Hetao Irrigation Area;The second part has four levels,the content is the national planning of the water conservancy project in Hetao Irrigation Area,the work of the organization,the development of the water conservancy project in Hetao Irrigation Area,the construction achievements and status of Hetao Irrigation Area;The third part analyzes social changes in depth,which is divided into five levels,mainly including social economy,ecological environment,spiritual culture,etc.The fourth part summarizes the enlightenment of social changes in Hetao Irrigation Area,Hetao Water Conservancy the healthy development of the cause is inseparable from the support of government policies,the leadership of the scientific development concept and the efforts of the people.Through the in-depth study of four parts and the actual situation,the impact of the development of water conservancy in Hetao Irrigation Area on the social changes in the region is elaborated.This has important supplementary significance for the study of social changes in academia,and also for the development of water conservancy in China today.It has a typical demonstration role and reference significance.
