This paper studied the transport organization of ADBA light rail including vehicle selection and formation, train routing, which is based on the content and principle of organization of urban rail transit operation system. In this paper, the optimization model was established to calculate the optimal peak hour of each routing program operation plan. Then we established the evaluation scheme of urban rail transit operation model (including five indicators:transport capacity, speed, vehicle usage, economic benefits and service level) to evaluate the operation organization scheme of ADBA light rail. The main conclusions are:The direction uneven coefficient of passenger flow distribution for EW Line、NS Line is respectively 1.02 and 1.01,which means the passenger flow is close to balance in the two light rail line; The network uneven coefficient of passenger flow distribution for EW Line、NS Line is respectively 1.4 and 1.2 at initial stage, and respectively for 2.0 and 1.6 at short-term and long-term, which indicates that the passenger flow is greatly unbalanced in the two light rail line;The train routing optimization model was established to calculate the train running plan at the peak hour of the day through the analysis of the light rail vehicle selection principles and the rail line design conditions, at the same time, the vehicle formation and train running scheme was designed based on the principle of matching formation plan reasonably, reducing vehicle purchase costs:at the initial stage, for EW Line% NS Line, the number is 9 pairs; at short term stage, long-short routing plan was used, and the number of running trains at peak hour is 3 pairs for both line based on long routing plan, which is respectively 6 pairs and 5 pairs for EW Line、NS Line when it comes to short routing plan; Meanwhile, at the long term, the number will be respectively 3 pairs and 4 pairs for EW Line、NS Line at the condition of long routing plan; and for short routing plan, it will be respectively 6 pairs and 5pairs for EW Line、NS Line;Finally, the operation organization mode of ADBA light rail was evaluate by the grey evaluation model, and the result shows that the operation scheme is feasible.
