Abstract/Summary:
According to the rapid development of traffic infrastructure construction in China, the safety and durability of bridges is becoming more and more valued. Bridge deflection as one of the important indexes for evaluation of bridge health, needs to be monitored in real time, so for the research of bridge deflection and bridge alignment is of great value.This thesis first introduces the present situation of the alignment monitoring, based on analyzing the existing bridge monitoring methods, proposed the bridge line alignment method based on obliquity sensor. Through researching the problem of sensor selection, sensor layout and transmission mode, the hardware structure of the system is introduced. Then the deflection to angle conversion algorithm,the curve fitting method, and the data filling algorithm are deduced, this thesis carries out the experiment based on LabVIEW. Realizes data collection, computer processing and, bridge alignment curve shows and other functions, at the same time, verifies the validity and accuracy of the algorithm. Second, as the bridge monitoring system needs a large number of sensor data and long observation period, then designs a large capacity database management system, analyzes and optimized the database security problems at the same time. Mainly designs the bridge alignment monitoring and management system based on JAVA EE platform and monitoring system based on the Android client.Finally, the system is used in the project of bridge health monitoring in Tianjin Haihe river, meets the design requirements.
