The boost voltage converter is a kind of device used to maintain voltage, which is designed by the digital switching power converter technique. As a novel power converter technique, it designs power devices to work in highly frequency switching mode. Being different from traditional design techniques, the novel one greatly improves the performance of output power, efficiency and response speed. Meanwhile, the wide usage of this novel power converter technique, is greatly attributed to the high performance power switching components. As the popularization of hybrid vehicles and electronic mobiles, voltage converters shall be developed into high power applications in the future.Based on digital switching converter design principles and quality requires, this paper designs a control algorithm used in multi-channel interleaved boost converter for high power applications. This paper mainly contains the quality requires, design principles, implementation method, function test method and result analysis of this Boost voltage converter. Firstly, the design principles are researched deeply and the implementation method of this converter is designed. Then, based on the detailed analysis of all these modules, this algorithm studies the design scheme and implementation method of these modules and is used to implement this Boost voltage converter. Finally, Referring to requirements of functions, function test of this device is finished and the test results are analysed.The test results reveals, this control algorithm is well used in the voltage converter and accomplishes the perfect performance of high power, small size and rapid response. This voltage converter is designed as multi-channel interleaved and dual loop mode, which accomplishes the performance of high power and rapid response. Compared to traditional design techniques, the multichannel interleaved voltage converter improves the performance in power and efficiency, matching the requirement of high power and efficiency in hybrid vehicles. In all aspects, this algorithm performs great practice signification and application value.
