The Research On Evaluation And Of Residential Landscape Residential Affordable Housing In Harbin City

Economic application of the housing residential district landscape planning and design theory is still in the exploratory stage, this paper existing residential landscape theory, based on the actual residents of the personal experience, the actual demand, for the economic application of the housing residential district landscape planning and design to do in-depth study.Because of the cost of housing development under the conditions of the restrictions, the landscape environment in residential areas of capital investment and general commercial housing can not be compared. In this paper, taking into account the objectivity of the subjective characteristics and landscape evaluation of residential landscape cognition, choose five Harbin city affordable housing residential area as the research object, SBE method and SD comprehensive evaluation method of Harbin city affordable housing residential landscape based on the evaluation method which includes using SBE method, but not entirely by but, through the questionnaire and on-the-spot investigation, evaluation of the residential area of the visual landscape quality, reflecting the visual landscape quality, use Excel software to deal with data and eliminate low quality samples, followed by using the SD method for the quantitative evaluation of landscape features of the rest of the landscape is to use the same questionnaire sample. But with the SBE method, different quantification of landscape quality, can be more clearly and objectively reflect the landscape characteristics. Finally two comprehensive evaluation method of data results, the use of Excel chart, principal component analysis and factor analysis using SPSS, obtained in the economic application of the housing residential landscape in a deterministic factor, thus completing the economic application of the housing living area of garden landscape evaluation from qualitative evaluation to quantitative evaluation and analysis of the process.In the last, discusses the currently living area landscape of Harbin City Economic Application of the housing, and the use of SBE method and SD method is described, and from the subjective and objective view two aspects of Harbin Economic Application of the housing residential comprehensive evaluation were summarized in this paper.
