| Direct shift gearbox, or DSG for short, reflects the progress and development of automatic transmission technology, the direct shift mode, improved speedy and power performance of the vehicle shifting, while reducing emissions and reduce fuel consumption.Dry 7-speed OAM gearbox is one of its representative.With the expansion of the gearbox OAM application amount, the aftermarket transmission occurs gradually discovered that some of the fault, Volkswagen has done a lot of analysis and research work, through the dual clutch replacement, OAM gearbox failure rate decreased, but there are still exists dual clutch jitter and stalling phenomenon some vehicles in the aftermarket. Based on this phenomenon, this project tries to seek through the gearbox transmission parts gear parameter optimization method to optimize each gear transmission ratio gearbox, to improve the transmission shift comfort, reduced double clutch failure rate,improve transmission life.This project explores the relationship between the gear ratio and rotational kinetic energy of double clutch friction plate based on the analysis of the existing parameters on OAM transmission gear. Through an integrated analysis of the transmission parameters for each range gear, parameter optimization scheme of the gearbox gears presented reasonable,through study of gear parameters and tooth profile equation, including involute equation and transition curve equation, and through the use of "the parallel axis involute cylindrical gear design calculation program outside meshing" for the computer-aided design, complete the optimal design parameters of gear.This project through the use of computer aided design software to determine the gearbox gear optimization parameters, use of Pro/E software to establish three-dimensional solid model of involute helical cylindrical gear. Based on the establishment of three dimensional model of optimization gear, using AutoCAD software to draw the dimensional manufacturing design of the various gear OAM gearbox. Through a dedicated interface Pro/E and ANSYS,the three dimensional model is imported into ANSYS, the model of contact line generation,grid division, establishing contact equivalence operation, and by determining the tooth inmeshing process of contact line load distribution coefficient, on the model of single tooth meshing process on the tooth load accurately. The single tooth model also can be achieved in the vicinity of the contact wire mesh encryption. In order to ensure the accuracy based on bending should contact force and stress effective calculation. According to the analysis results,to implement a comparative study with the stress limit standard of the material of choice, to verify the reliability of the gear parameter optimization scheme, through the reliability verification, complete optimized design of the OAM gearbox gear. |
