Study On Design Methods Of Internet Of Things For Intelligent Building System

Intelligent building rises in the United States, recognized as the world’s first intelligent building is the City Place Building in Hartford, the United States. With the birth of the first intelligent buildings, smart buildings around the world continue to emerge and ascend. In China, since the reform and opening up, a large scale of buildings have been rising in major cities, such as banks, data centers, commercial plaza, government buildings, commercial buildings, office buildings, residential buildings. These new buildings all contain intelligent systems,it can be said that the intelligent will be the inevitable trend of future construction development. With the rise of intelligent building, intelligent building design as the vanguard of this work plays an increasingly important role, and the intelligent design directly determines the merits of intelligent buildings. Intelligent building is a complex project, which involves a lot of intelligent subsystems, how good the whole building has to adapt to its intelligent features, which is the focus of its design.This paper describes the intelligent building and the definition of things, history and trends. By description and analysis of the intelligent building and networking to draw the intrinsic link between the two. Secondly, it analyzes the design of intelligent building existing problems, the main problem concentrated in the design of intelligent building isolated subsystems, the system is simple superposition and stuffing, lack of coordination and cooperation between other professionals. To solve these problems is proposed intelligent building design method based on the Internet of Things. The method focuses on the characteristics of each subsystem intelligent building, analyze the relationship between them is based on individuality and commonality between the characteristics of each subsystem, propose new ideas based on the design of intelligent building things thought, the paper elaborated the method and how to apply this method to the design of intelligent building. Through a project design examples further illustrate the application of intelligent building design method based on things, I hope to use the little to get the big. Finally, intelligent building design method based on things was summarized and the prospects and trends in method were briefly described.
