With the rapid development of modern power technology and the increasing electricity demand, Gas Insulated metal-enclosed Switchgear equipment(Gas Insulated Switchgear,GISequipment for short) has gradually become the widespread use of power grid equipment using common gradually, but as the growth of the GISoperating life, failure rate is higher and higher, gradually exposed the GISin the material, process, design, installation, maintenance and other aspects of some flaws.At present, theGISisolating switch for on-line or off-line monitoring means co., LTD., mainly including the preventive test of SF6 gas density relay monitoring SF6 pressure, using infrared imaging temperature measurement technology, using the signal collection and determine its position indicator and switch state, the use of high voltage, circuit resistance test its insulation performance and the contact of conductive circuit, but the pressure test, and the loop resistance and insulation technology test can only be realized through blackouts in off-line manner, especially more than other air chamber pressure is monitoring method for isolating switch, insulation, conductive loop, appearance and other physical and electrical properties measurement evaluation, cannot fully reflect comprehensive objective status inside the isolating switch, when the interior of the isolator switch does not reach the designated position, or poor contact, the above methods are not effective monitoring of internal state.In this paper, the author through the current GISisolating switch from the issue of state monitoring, the current situation of GISisolating switch state and carried out research and analysis from the following aspects:1 theGISisolating switch equipment failure analysisAnalysis of the current gridGISisolating switch fault type and the cause of the problem, from design, installation process and installation environment, operation condition analysis disconnector switch does not reach the designated position defects existing in the development and fault formation, from the perspectives of movement mechanism and physics mechanics analysis with disconnector switch does not reach the designated position fault instance.2 the development ofGISisolating switch trip measurement device improvementAnalyzed according to the principle of fault isolating switch characteristics test, study for the test software and sensor is improved. Through programming to modify the test software parameters for isolating switch test software condition, research and development is suitable for various turn arm bracket and fixed connection transition device, and by means of experimental debugging and measuring the GISisolating switch, isolating switch points, closing time,, contact stroke and secondary points from feed motion transmitting time.3GISisolating switch action characteristic of condition monitoring applicationAnalyzes the characteristics ofGISisolating switch action, test in establishingGISequipment new features database established, power how to realize the function of condition monitoring and fault diagnosis, and through the test data of the condition monitoring and fault diagnosis methods are analyzed.
