This paper combined with Henan Pinggao Electric CO., Ltd. Commissioned R&D project―The isolating switch controller‖,and to develop the design of isolating switch intelligent component, meet the needs of smart grid to intelligent isolating switch.Isolating switch intelligent component equipment belongs to the process layer equipment,is the most demand and one of the largest intelligent component in the construction of intelligent substation.It integrates information collection, transmission, processing, communication function.Intelligent component bears the line switching, cut off the fault of power of regional and other functions of isolating switch in station. Isolating switch intelligent components research and development, with self-monitoring,self-diagnosis and self-control ability is to represent the general trend, also to realize the reliable and safe operation control of the national smart grid construction provides technology basis and equipment guarantee.This paper combines with the state grid intelligent requirements for primary equipment isolating switch, the control scheme of isolating switch intelligent component is proposed and designed for. Using high performance ARM and CPLD microprocessor as control core, from the perspective of hardware design to describe the control system. The signal conditioning circuit and export control of the motor control, environmental temperature and humidity control circuit, rotary encoder signal conditioning circuit, communication interface circuit and other modules of hardware circuit are given a detailed description and detailed circuit schematic diagram design. Then, from the view of software point to design each control module of intelligent control design platform for software design is introduced, the program of modules are compiled, the part of the programming flow chart are given. Because the device is running outdoors year-round in power transmission and transformation equipment. electromagnetic environment is complex, there are higher requirements for the work of the hardware and software of system stability. The hardware and software of the system are designed from the whole system anti-interference,mainly elaborates the anti-interference design, then to design from the electromagnetic shielding, the filtering of jamming signal, signal isolation, PCB routing and other aspects. Anti-interference measures of isolating switch intelligent component prototype which is designed has good effect on suppression of interference signal, can be 4 level anti-interference standard industry reach.After the state of relay protection and automation equipment quality supervision and inspection center ketop Laboratory for testing, the design of the prototype can fight the industrial grade 4 electrostatic interference, electromagnetic interference and transient burst disturbance, stable and reliable work in the temperature range of-40~70℃environment, with variable power plants operating in outdoor harsh environment conditions.The prototype is designed and fabricated,after debugging and testing, The results showed that intelligent component is designed by team can realize the primary equipment isolating switch state of automatic control, collection, environment detection, communication transmission function, realize the isolating switch of on-site and remote control. Isolating switch intelligent component in the industrial level 4 anti-electromagnetic interference design belong to the leading level in the industry.
