Research On The Coordination Management Of A Hospital General Contract Project

The project general contract is one of the main modes of the construction project management in China. Design build model(Design-build, referred to as DB model) has been proved to be an effective engineering construction model in practice. In DB mode, the general contractor needs to undertake the corresponding responsibilities in investigation, design, construction and other fields, and the general contractor can effectively use its technical comprehensive professional advantages and rich coordination, control management experience, in order to make the project successful, in time, quality and quantity to meet the requirements of the owners.This paper deals with the general contracting model of the A hospital in general contracting projects using DB. This paper intends to analyze the characteristics of DB general contracting project management, based on the theory of project management, coordination of management theory and other modern management theory, the overall contracting enterprises around how to carry out coordinated management of A hospital general contract project. Firstly, through analyzing the characteristics and problems of A hospital project, combined with the principle and mode of DB general contract project coordination management, the project organization structure and management system of the project is constructed, which is divided into three levels: target coordination management, organization coordination management and coordination management mechanism. Second, in the implementation process of coordination management, through the establishment of A hospital project target system, and put forward the quality, progress, cost and other objectives of the coordination control process and management points, build a A hospital project target system management system; through the analysis of A hospital project organization network structure, proposed project internal and relevant stakeholders coordination management measures, coordination of the parties, to achieve organizational goals, build a A hospital project organization coordination management system. Third, through the A hospital project mechanism layer of communication, incentive and cooperation mechanism, effectively ensure the smooth implementation of the objectives and organization management system, so that the A hospital project coordination management is always in the dynamic upgrade, and constantly improve the management of the performance and level, build a complete coordination management mechanism system. Finally, this paper also focuses on exploring the hospital a project through the coordination management of organizational goals and using method of communication, motivation and cooperation coordination means and Gantt chart schedule control, making a hospital project design and construction schedule in line with expectations, to ensure the progress of the project goal.In this paper, through the A hospital project to build a coordinated management mode with DB total contract project, through the coordination of management, can successfully complete the project objectives and effectively improve the project benefit, the current DB general contract project has a certain reference significance.
