Study Of The Design General Contracting Management In CS Hospital Construction

The design work of the hospital construction project is characterized by strong comprehensiveness,multiple project participants,extensive professional types,high design requirements and complex interface.Under the development plan of healthy China in the new era,the number of hospital construction projects will increase significantly,and the quality requirements will be more stringent.The integrated and effective management of design work is the basis to ensure the completion and operation of the hospital project according to the planning requirements.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct theoretical and practical research on the design management of such projects.Firstly,this study reviewed the theoretical and practical research on the design and management of construction project,design general contracting management,and the design management of hospital construction project.Then,combining with the engineering practice of hospital construction project,this paper puts forward the problems in the design practice and the improvement demand analysis.Then,combined with the engineering practice,the design practice problems and improvement demand analysis are carried out.Then,according to the theory of design management and improvement needs,the optimization principles and methods of hospital construction design management are proposed.Taking the construction project of CS hospital as a case,the specific application and their effects are expounded in detail,including the design risk analysis based on analytic hierarchy process,the progress management under the design general contract mode,the design interface management based on BIM application under the design general contract mode,and the work contents setting of the design general contractor and the owner,and design flow design,etc.The implementation effects of the case project shows that the general contract management mode and implementation process of hospital construction project proposed in this paper can help the project manager to identify the design risk.The schedule management plan meeted the needs of all parties in advance,thereby reduced the risk of delay;The design interface management based on BIM application ensures the accuracy and timeliness of the design information.In the early stage,errors and omissions between different specialties were found through the collision simulation of BIM model,and the design and construction repetition in the later stage was effectively reduced through timely negotiation and modification.While setting clear responsibilities of the design general contractor and the owner,as well as the design master contractor process,ensures that the rights and responsibilities of all parties are clear and the process has rules to follow,so that the design general contractor mode can operate correctly.This paper integrates the research literatures of design management and engineering practice to study how to improve the design general contracting management mode to promote the design management performance of hospital construction projects,and to provide references for related researches on hospital construction project management and design general contracting management.At the same time,this study also helps construction practitioners to understand the key points and difficulties in project design management practice.The implementation method of design package management introduced,application tools,as well as the application process,organizational structure,process and system of case projects,can provide references for design management organizations and personnel in similar projects,and improve the understanding about design general contracting management.
